219 Spark timing error
How to read it
Code 219 reads as 2 flashes, pause, 1 flash, pause, 9 flashes on the check-engine light. Jumper the self-test input to signal return at the test connector, then run the key on engine off self test and the running self test, counting the check-engine flashes each time.

- Inspect the spark timing circuit and the ignition wiring for damage and corrosion
- Test the spark timing circuit signal while cranking or running
- Repair wiring or a connector before replacing parts
- Replace the spark timing circuit or ignition module only after the signal test fails
